Hi there! I am Dianne Saumenig (my friends call me "Di"). Throughout my career, I have been a graphic designer, a visual communications designer, a senior graphic designer, a teaching assistant, an art director, a photographer, and a web designer. Regardless of the title, these various roles have allowed me to develop into the highly-experienced creative professional that I am.

On an average day, I can be found doing any number of tasks; from laying out large publications, to sketching new campaign ideas, to coding an email, to prototyping product packaging. I enjoy every second I spend crafting experiences and, I excel in making messages shine through clear, compelling visuals. I put my expertise to use in helping others — from single-proprietary brands to large corporations — see their vision through to its full potential.

I am just as comfortable collaborating with a print vendor to produce complex collateral as I am brainstorming with a web developer to explore needs for digital communication. I can as easily chat with sales managers as I can with executives, and I truly enjoy that my career allows me to really get to know people from all walks of life. It is through this empathetic approach that I am able to truly understand the core of the message, needs of the client and the perspective of the end-user, for whom I advocate daily.

If I had to pick one single aspect of my career that excites me most, it would be that I get to constantly learn. Clients come in all shapes, sizes and industries. Because of this, I have developed a knack for quick observation and analysis, both of which intimately inform my creative process and ultimately the production of engaging solutions. I believe that research is the heart and soul of successful communication — without it, visuals become nothing more than mere decoration.
